Travel Books

Me again, looks like Ashburn patrons have been traveling this summer and are returning bunches of books! We seem to be overloaded and may have almost all of LCPL's books in these subjects:

New York
San Francisco
Australia
Spain
Malaysia
Italy
Germany
London

Please check your shelves and let me know what subjects you would like and the max you can take. We have multiple copies of many series so more than one branch can request a subject. I'll make sure you don't get dups!

Super Service

Hi everyone, until floating ASH had almost no adult super service to speak of except a classics spinner and a few Harlequins. But now we are getting flooded with super service paperbacks and have nowhere to put them. Can anyone take some off our hands?

950-999

Out of space in the 950-999 adult nonfiction section. Lovely, pristine books going for a low price. We have a number of dups that we could send out. Anyone have room?

Playaways Again

We have too many playaways again! If anyone would like some please respond. We have Adult, YA, J and E titles. We could easily ship out 50 without a problem.

Need Adult Non-Fiction DVDs?

PUR's adult NF DVD shelves are packed tightly. Would anyone like some, from any Dewey area? We have lots in all classifications, very few duplicates. Let me know.

Adult Fiction on CD

Treat your commuting patrons to some more books to lighten their road. Rust has books on CD to swap--Can you pass up The Debutante Divorce by Plum Sykes? Perhaps you'd prefer some of the older favorites--McNally's Caper by Lawrence Sanders or Tomb of the Golden Bird by Elizabeth Peters. Let us know--

Grown up Music CD's

Howdy pardners! Any of y'all got some room for some music CD's for adults? Any ol' genre you need. We gots us plenty -- especially the country and western!

900's? We've got some to spare

Anybody got space in the 900's? -- not you Cascades, I know you don't...

We've got world travel (italy, france, india), US Travel (New England mostly), biography (good ones), and world war 2. All in good shape, all the travel is the current edition.

We need movies!

MID has a very small collection of Adult Fiction DVD's on the shelf at any time. We would appreciate any Adult DVD titles that are crowding other branch shelves. We have quite a bit of space in DVD Adult and DVD J shelves.
